Use this simple conversion to replace fresh lemon or lime juice when cooking and baking with True Lemon® or True Lime™ packets:

In some recipes, it may be necessary or desirable to add an equivalent amount of water to replace the moisture that the lemon juice provides. In these instances, add both the appropriate number of True Lemon® or True Lime™ packets and the water.
Shakers:
- ¼ teaspoon True Lemon or True Lime = 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- ½ tablespoon True Lemon or True Lime = ¼ cup lemon juice or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon True Lemon or True Lime = ½ cup lemon juice or lime juice *
* Add water if needed.

Finding True Lemon® is
like a dream for me. I love lemon on a lot of things
but much of the year you can’t find really good
lemons. With True Lemon®, I can drink more iced
tea now (because I don’t like iced tea without
lemon), and would you believe that I put some in a pound
cake just to see if it would taste as good as the lemon
