DITK™ Pina Colada Sundae

1 ripe pineapple; cut into 1-inch rings
2 cups low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
2 packets True Lime™
¼ cup shredded coconut; toasted
¼ cup slivered almonds; toasted
¼ cup whipped cream (store bought (non hydrogenated or whipped heavy cream)
8 fresh cherries; pitted
1-1/2 tbsp. Meyer's rum (optional)

directions

Grill 4 pineapple rings over medium heat until lightly browned on each side; about 4 minutes per side

Remove from heat, coarsely chop and keep warm

In a small dessert dish assemble sundae as follows
½ cup yogurt
Sprinkle of True Lime™
¼ cup grilled pineapple
1 Tbsp. almonds
1 Tbsp. whipped cream
1 Tbsp. coconut
2 cherries
Drizzle with rum (optional)
